about me
I have a long history with many types of yoga but the practice that set me on my current path is Ashtanga. This has been my sole practice for a number of years and a daily one that I deeply love.
I practice on a daily basis in the Ashtanga Mysore tradition early in the morning.
I was lucky enough to have assisted Manu Rossi within his shala in Oxford (teaching space) which was a constant source of deep thorough learning for me.
My love and commitment to practice is to myself, and to share and to teach this wonderful tradition. It grows experientially through my own personal practice under a teachers guidance.
Massage
I have trained with the renowned school of massage JING based in Brighton. As a school they are a fabulous blend of east and west techniques, and the belief system really chimes with my own. Bodies heal themselves when in harmony and well being, through massage, listening touch, movement and fascial release techniques we as therapist can facilitate this state of wellness and allow healing to begin.
I am continuing my studies with this amazing school throughout the years ahead.
